Raptors Abroad

Canada is in the house! Two Wiggins, AB, and Joseph all suited up for a game at the ACC. Canadian basketball has come a long, long way. 

Kooooooooo beeeeeeeeee. He's back. Let's see what the legend has left in the tank. I have a feeling there's still a couple of highlights waiting to come out.

Finishing up this three game road trip in Ontario…California.

Got no love from NBA League Pass on this one. I was all pumped up to see Steph Curry and the reigning champs in a game that doesn't count. Unfortunately this game doesn't seem to have been televised. If it was I couldn't find it. Still, I did a breakdown based on the boxscore and a poorly written ESPN recap. 

In other news, the Nets went all the way to Turkey to get beat by a local squad. Sweeeet.

The Raptors head to Van city to start the season against the Clippers. Both teams had very interesting summers. Looking forward to seeing the new Raps, most notably AB and the sixty million dollar man Demare Carroll. I just love that we have a Demar and a Demare. Rapresent. 

Breakdown of Game 4 Round 1 Toronto Raptors vs Washington Wizards – Apr 27, 2015. Well this is really it. Win or go home. Being down 3-0 I guess the season is really already over, but there is still some pride on the line, and some bball to be played. Coming back is the longest of shots, but this is why we love sports, because the impossible can happen. Come on boys, lets extended the season and make PDUB go through customs one more time.

Breakdown of Game 3 Round 1 Toronto Raptors vs Washington Wizards - April 24, 2015. This is it folks. It might as well be Game 7, because if we lose this game, we're going to have to make history and come back from down 3-0. Demar and Kyle have been struggling to say the least, and as they go so do the rest. Time to step up and show the Wizards backcourt and PDub we have IT! 

Breakdown of Game 2, Round 1 of the playoff series between the Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards. After a late Vasquez 3 saved the Raps in regulation, zero points the first 4.5 min of OT lead the Wiz to a 1-0 lead in the series. Demar and Kyle struggled big time, Kyle eventually fouling out with 5 min left in the game. Need a stronger showing from our best players to have a chance in this series.

Breakdown of the Toronto Raptors vs. Washington Wizards. Here it is. The Washington Wizards. Homecourt advantage, 3-0 against them in the regular season, and some payback for The Truth one year in the making. The TDOT is fired up. Raptors Abroad are fired up. Let's get into it!

Breakdown of the Toronto Raptors (48-32) vs. Charlotte Hornets (38-42) - April 15, 2015. The final game of the season!

Going for 49 wins and the possible 3rd spot. Whether it's the Wizards or Bucks, come Saturday it's playoff time. Let finish in style!

Breakdown of the Toronto Raptors (48-32) vs. Boston Celtics (38-42) - April 14, 2015. A big chance at setting a franchise record for Ws and getting some payback on the Celts, who beat us with a buzzer-beater last meeting. Oh and in other news, Steph Curry buried 77 threes in a row during practice! 77! Went on to hit 94 of 100. Unreal.
