What a game! No CP3 in this one but still the highlights just kept on coming. LBJ was impressive, Blake was incredible, Jam Crawford was his usual out-of-this-world self. It came down to the wire and King responded when he had to. LeScale 9.

The first meeting between the Raps and Kings after the Gay Trade. Really wanted to win this one. I hate to do this, but the refs really took this one away from TO. Lowry gets called for an offensive foul while making a 3, down 6 with 30 seconds left. Wow. Tough one to watch and the first loss I have called live.

This is real team. A squad. A unit. The Sacto trade blows me away every game. These Raptors have almost zero drop off going from starters to the bench. This is TO basketball. I call the last 4 minutes live in this one, think that might become a fixture of these podcasts.

Ho hum, LBJ two boards off a triple double and the Heat roll the Pistons with relative ease. A few highlights but really, not the most exciting game. Making the right play doesn't always equal entertaining hoops, but it does lead to wins it seems. LeScale: 8.5.

Demar did everything he could to win us this game, but that last possession is going to drive him crazy. From down 19 to up 1 with 25 seconds to play? What a game, what a painful ending. Props to the Raptors for showing heart on the second game of a back-to-back on the road against the top team in the League. We ran out of time is all...

A big W to start a tough west coast trip. TRoss played like a boss and the rest of the team did their thing. Raptors are 4 games over .500 and look like real team. Big ups!

The Raptors put on a 3 point clinic for the 1st 15 min and that was really all the breathing room they needed to take this one home. Man of the Match - Kyle Lowry 33 points, 11 assists, 7 rebounds. Boo ya.

This is kind of a joint breakdown, both LBJ and KD are worthy. KD is on the hottest scoring streak in 30 years and he came into the King's castle and sat on his throne. The 3rd quarter will probably be shown on NBA Classics one day. Do yourself a favour and watch the last 5 minutes of the 3rd. Can't wait for round 2.

The Raptors are the only team to beat the Nets in 2014...and we did it twice!! Huge win for the Raps to stay on top of the Atlantic and get a little breathing room. Monster game from Lowry, big play from big Jonas, and clutchness from the new PDub, Patrick Patterson. Nice one boys!
